Working with a small footprint in mind, they seek to answer these challenges in a way that combines its design knowledge with the spirit of experience – and fun.
End of 2019 MINI Living celebrated the opening of its first co-living project. A former paint factory in Shanghai was transformed into a new co-living spaces to live, work and play. An 8,000-square-metre vibrant collection of apartments, communal areas and public spaces. Unused industrial buildings received a new life as modern dwellings, with an open architecture that invites the community to assemble.
